How you pay
ChatGPT Business is priced by the person. A Standard seat costs S$25 a month, paid yearly. For 30 staff that is S$9,000 a year. A Premium seat, which comes with a Dot, costs S$125 a month, paid yearly.
For that money, each person gets an assistant. Whether the company gets hours back depends on each person using it well.
Glimmer is priced by the job instead. Together we choose the job that takes your team the most hours. We build it, then count the hours saved with you. A grant can pay part of the build.

Your data
ChatGPT Business runs in OpenAI's service. OpenAI does not train its models on your business data by default. To choose the country where your data is kept, Singapore included, you need the Enterprise plan.
Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. No other company shares it. The only thing that leaves is what the AI model needs to answer, sent on your own account.
Glimmer reaches only the systems on your approved list, and every connection is logged. Your team leads choose which actions wait for a person, such as a payment or a client email. It works in the chat app your team already uses, Lark and WhatsApp included.

OpenAI launched Dots on 29 Sep 2026. A Dot is an always-on agent with its own cloud computer, and you can bring it into Slack and Teams. The first Dot comes with a Premium seat on ChatGPT Business, or with the Pro plan for one person. OpenAI says Dots reach Business Premium users in every region ChatGPT supports, over several days.
Since April 2026, workspace agents let your staff build shared agents that work in ChatGPT and Slack. The difference is who does the work of setting up the job. OpenAI sells the tool to every company. We build the job with you, in your systems, and stay after it goes live.
