AI workforce transformation

Change how your team works, with AI built in

We redesign your team's jobs around AI. We map how the work is done today, build the AI tools the new jobs use and train your people. You do more with the team you already have.

kinds of work in one programme: redesign the jobs, build the AI tools, train your people.

10%

more value from each changed job is the aim. We score every role before and after.

Who does what

Two teams, one programme

The programme covers three kinds of work. Our workforce partner, a consultancy that redesigns jobs, does the first two, and we do the third.

Our workforce partner

Redesign the jobs

Our partner studies how each role spends its week. With you, they decide which tasks the AI takes over and what each person does instead. Then they write the new job descriptions.

Our workforce partner

Train your people

Managers and staff learn the new way of working, in workshops and on the job. The training covers the AI tools, so people use them from the first week.

Why we work together

Yong Jie Wong, who leads our AI work, is also a consultant on our partner's team. So we take part in the job redesign from the first workshop, and the tools we build fit the new jobs.

What changes for your people

Your people stay, and their jobs change

You keep the team you already have. The AI takes the repeat work, and each person moves to work that needs a person.

An HR executive, today

Most of the week goes on repeat work

Answers the same leave and claims questions every day Pulls headcount and leave numbers by hand for each review Types up standard letters and notices Tracks deadlines for leavers, injury reports and pass renewals

The same person, after

The AI does the repeat work, and they do the rest

Handles the hard cases the AI passes on Advises managers on hiring and on people who are struggling Checks and signs off the letters the AI drafts Looks after the AI tools and adds new questions to them

Staff ask Glimmer first

Glimmer answers from your staff handbook and from Singapore's employment rules, and shows where each answer comes from. When it cannot be sure, it passes the question to HR.

My son starts primary school next year. How many days of childcare leave do I get?
Glimmer 10:02
You get 6 days a year while your child is under 7. Apply in the leave system at least 2 weeks ahead.

How we measure it

Each changed job is scored before and after

We check that each changed job is worth more to your company. Every role is scored before the work starts and again at the end. The aim is about 10% higher.

  • New job descriptionsThe jobs change on paper as well as in practice.
  • New skillsSome people train into new roles, such as looking after the AI tools.

Where to start

One team first, then the next

We start where the repeat work costs the most hours. You see the change in one team before the next one starts.

Your first team

Bring us the team with the most repeat work

In a first call we look at how that team spends its week. We show which tasks the AI could take over, and what each person would do instead.

  • We agree the scope firstYou see which roles change and which tools we build before any work starts.
  • You see the numbersEach role is scored before and after, and you get the results.

Only need one AI tool?

Start with a first build

If the jobs stay the same and you want one tool that saves hours, a first build is the faster way in. We build one agent for one team in about 3 months.
