New engagements start with a junior spending two days keying bank-statement lines against invoices, low-value tie-out work that burns chargeable hours and teaches nobody anything.

Straight answers, before you book a call

Do we have to change our accounting software or our client files?

No. Glimmer works on top of what you already run: Xero, your shared drive and the client master spreadsheet. Nobody has to learn a new app. We confirm the fit for your systems before we start.

Our clients send documents on WhatsApp. Can Glimmer work with that?

Yes. Glimmer drafts each chaser in the channel the client answers, such as WhatsApp or email. Your team talks to Glimmer in Lark, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Will it message clients or post to the accounts on its own?

Only if you let it. You choose which actions need a person's OK, such as a client message or an accounts entry. Glimmer asks the person who made the request, in the same chat. Nothing happens until someone taps Approve.

Our client files are confidential. Where does the data go?

Your data stays yours. Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. To answer, it sends the question and the text it needs to the AI company. It uses your own account, on terms where the AI company does not train on your data or keep it. We write down exactly where your data goes before we start.

What does it cost, and can a grant pay part?

We price it after a call about your work, because the cost depends on the size of the build. Most first builds qualify for a Singapore grant. The government pays part, you pay the rest, and we help you apply. See which grant fits.
