Plenty of people say they do AI. Our AI work is led by a team of Claude Certified Architects. That is the highest certification Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, grants today. The record is public, and you can check it in one click.
Yong Jie co-founded Glints and spent the last decade building it, from the first lines of code to a platform 15M+ people use. He was first Chief Software Architect, then Head of Product.
Today he leads our AI work. That covers the agents Glints runs on every day, the hands-on workshop for business leaders, and the builds we do for client companies. The certification is an outside check on what that decade taught him.
Zheng Peng runs the move to AI across Glints. Every department at Glints now works with Glimmer, the AI agent we built for our own teams.
He also runs our hands-on sessions for business owners, and builds their first AI tools with them. The certification is an outside check on that work.

Yong Jie and Zheng Peng both hold it. Anthropic grants it after a supervised exam taken live with identity checks. The exam tests four things: designing AI systems for a real company, connecting them to the tools you already use, keeping them safe and under control, and proving they work.
