AI for sales and marketing

An AI teammate for sales that finds the deals that went quiet

Glimmer works in your team chat. It reads the sales WhatsApp chats and lists every live deal. It finds the quotes nobody followed up and shows which promo brought in sales. You choose which messages need your OK before they go to a customer.

WhatsApp sales chats read in one ask.

Where the hours go in sales and marketing

Deals are spread across WhatsApp chats. Quotes go out without a follow-up, and nobody knows which promotion sold anything.

The pipeline, rebuilt from WhatsApp

Every deal starts as a WhatsApp thread and most of them stay there, nothing makes it into a CRM, so nobody knows what's live, what's dead, or which lead has been sitting in silence for two weeks.

The CRM nobody keyed in, reconstructed anyway. One ask, and every live deal, and every quiet one, is on a list.

@Glimmer boss wants a pipeline number tomorrow and honestly everything is in WhatsApp. Can you go through the sales threads and tell me what's actually live, and what's gone quiet on us?

GlimmerBotThu, 6:58 PM

Went through 47 chats on the sales WhatsApp Business line. 19 live deals, roughly S$212k if everything lands. The worry list: 6 deals worth S$74k where the last message is ours and it's been quiet 7+ days. Biggest three:

LeadStageValueQuiet for
Hartveld Clinic, NovenaQuote sentS$32,00012 days
Kembara Logistics officeSite visit doneS$18,5009 days
Serene Dental, BedokRevised quoteS$12,8008 days

One honest gap: two of the 47 threads moved to Marcus's personal number partway through, and I can't see those, his last note on them is three weeks old, so I've left them out of the S$212k rather than guess. I've put the full list in a Google Sheet and can keep it updated daily. Want me to draft nudges for the six quiet ones?

Daniel PereiraThu, 7:02 PM

Draft the nudges, and yes keep the sheet running. That's the CRM we kept saying we'd set up 😅

Every quote chased, with the context remembered

Quotes go out by email and WhatsApp, then everyone moves to the next fire. Nobody tracks who was quoted and never chased, the follow-up happens only when the customer calls, usually to say they went with someone else.

The chase list writes itself. Nine unchased quotes surface, and the first follow-up comes drafted with the original thread's details in it.

@Glimmer I have this bad feeling we've been sending quotes and just… never following up. Can you check the last month, who got a quote from us and heard nothing since?

GlimmerBotTue, 8:13 PM

Your feeling is right. Of 23 quotes sent in the last 30 days, 9 were never followed up, combined value S$41,200. Four of those nine opened the PDF more than once, which usually means still deciding. The warmest is Averlyn Serviced Offices: quoted S$1,450/quarter for aircon servicing across 2 floors, opened the quote three times, last reply was them asking if weekend works are possible, we never answered.

Follow-up email, Averlyn Serviced Offices
Hi XXXXXX, following up on our quote of 14 Jun for quarterly servicing of your 2 floors at XXXXXX. On your question, yes, we can schedule the works on Saturdays before 1pm at no extra charge. Happy to hold the quoted S$1,450/quarter until end of the month. Shall we lock in a first visit?

I've queued similar drafts for the other 8, each referencing their original thread, they'll sit in your outbox for approval, nothing sends on its own. From here I can flag any quote that hits 5 days with no follow-up.

Aisyah KamalTue, 8:18 PM

Approved the Averlyn one, will go through the rest tomorrow. Turn on the 5-day flag please 🙏

GlimmerBotTue, 8:18 PM

Done, sent to Averlyn, and the 5-day flag is on. watching 23 quotes

Which promo actually sold anything

Marketing reports likes and reach, the boss asks about sales, and nobody has ever joined the two. Budget goes to whatever felt busiest, not what produced paying customers.

Likes are not a currency. Last month's campaigns, joined against what the till and the webstore actually took in.

@Glimmer budget meeting at 11. Of last month's promos, can you tell me which ones actually brought in enquiries and sales, not engagement, actual money?

GlimmerBotMon, 9:26 AM

Joined each campaign's enquiries (WhatsApp + webstore, matched by promo code and link) against Shopify and the POS. June, side by side:

CampaignSpendEnquiriesSales
EDM to past customersS$021S$6,380
FB ad, sofa bundleS$45034S$1,140
IG giveaway (1.8k likes)S$1205S$260

The quiet EDM to 640 past customers outsold everything combined, 12 orders, S$6,380, zero spend. The giveaway got the likes and almost none of the money. Caveat: 3 walk-in sales mentioned "saw it online" but used no code, so I couldn't attribute those, the true numbers are slightly better than shown, not worse. Want a one-slide version for 11am?

Yes to the slide. And I guess we're doing more boring emails and fewer giveaways 🎉

The government pays part. You pay the rest

A first AI build for one job is the kind of project Singapore's AI grants were made for. GenAI x Digital Leaders from IMDA covers a focused first build of up to S$20,000. We help you apply.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers, before you book a call

Our deals live in WhatsApp, not a CRM. Is that a problem?

No. Glimmer reads the sales chats on your WhatsApp Business line and keeps the list in a Google Sheet. Nobody has to key anything in. Chats it cannot see, such as ones on a personal phone, stay out of the total.

Can it tell which promo brought in sales?

Yes, if your sales are in a system it can read, such as Shopify or your POS. It matches each enquiry to a sale by the promo code and the link the customer used. A sale with no code stays out of the count.

Will it message customers on its own?

Only if you let it. You choose which actions need a person's OK, such as a quote or a follow-up to a customer. Glimmer asks the person who made the request, in the same chat. Nothing happens until someone taps Approve.

What about our data?

Your data stays yours. Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. We write down exactly where your data goes before we start. What we build for you belongs to you.

What does it cost, and can a grant pay part?

We price it after a call about your work, because the cost depends on the size of the build. Most first builds qualify for a Singapore grant. The government pays part, you pay the rest, and we help you apply. See which grant fits.

Can I try it before we commit to a build?

Yes. Our leadership workshop puts an AI agent in your hands for an afternoon, with no coding. Seats start from S$779. If you then build with us, your company gets S$500 off its first build.
