The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) is a S$10,000 credit for employers. It offsets up to 90% of what you still pay out of pocket on supported courses and programmes, after other subsidies. The current credit expires on 30 November 2026, and any credit you have not used by then is lost. From 1 December 2026, a redesigned credit gives eligible companies a fresh S$10,000 for workforce training. The short answer
Who qualifies
Worked example
This is an example. SFEC offsets 90% of the course fee you pay out of pocket on a course from SkillsFuture's Skills Framework list. The money comes from your S$10,000 credit, on top of other subsidies.
| Course fees for 3 staff, out of pocket | S$3,000 |
|---|---|
| SFEC offsets 90%, paid to you after the claim | S$2,700 |
| Credit left for other training | S$7,300 |
| Your cost after SFEC | S$300 |
The course must finish on or before 30 November 2026, and the claim must be in by then. More details: Enterprise Singapore SFEC page, SkillsFuture memorandum on the redesigned SFEC
