Morning. Pulled Xero, the quotes sheet and the shared inbox overnight. Cash: S$186k in DBS; Thursday's payable run is S$74k against S$52k of receivables due the same week, so you dip to about S$164k midweek, fine, no action. Three things actually need you:

Can everyone see the bank balance and the numbers I see?

Only if you let them. Each team gets its own Glimmer, with a list of what it can see. If someone is not in that team's chat group, they cannot ask that Glimmer anything.

Will it email clients or the bank on its own?

Only if you let it. You choose which actions need a person's OK, such as a payment or an email to a client. Glimmer asks the person who made the request, in the same chat. Nothing happens until someone taps Approve.

What about our data?

Your data stays yours. Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. We write down exactly where your data goes before we start. What we build for you belongs to you.
