Glints runs on it

Glints runs its own company on Glimmer

Glints is Indonesia's largest job platform, and one of Southeast Asia's biggest HR solution businesses. One team runs the hiring platform and builds the agents that help run it. Every one of our departments works with Glimmer.

Below are real threads from our own chat. Names and times are real. Client names are hidden.

@Glimmer for our recruitment platform: when we find a good candidate today, the only option also recommends them to the client straight away. I'd like a way to just add them to a job's shortlist first, marked as sourced, without recommending them yet.
ZP
Zheng Peng Lim 1:35 PM
Same as what we do today, just stopping one step earlier. cc: @Francis Goh help pls 🙏
Glimmer 1:38 PM
Done. Candidates can now be added to a job's shortlist as sourced without being recommended to the client. If someone's already on the shortlist it leaves them as they are, and it works the same way as the rest of the platform.

Does this mean it's done LOL what do I do next?? @Francis Goh @Yong Jie Wong send help 😅

281,779 signups analysed, on request

Jenny Tjhio, a product lead in Indonesia, asked why new users sign up and never apply. Glimmer found the step where they stop and sized the fix.

@Glimmer analyse the group of Indonesian candidates who signed up but never applied. Root causes, behaviour patterns and product fixes. Run the full funnel breakdown.
Glimmer 11:53 AM
Analysed 281,779 signups. 54.4% never applied, even though they clearly meant to: 83% set job preferences and 100% said they were actively looking. They stop at one step.

The blocker is uploading a resume. It gets worse where 200 to 300 people chase every job, as in admin and data-entry roles. Quick win: 1-click apply without a resume for entry-level jobs.
Glimmer 11:53 AM
Converting just 15 to 20% of the 32,718 active non-appliers means about 5,000 to 6,500 extra applications a month, from this group alone.

One complaint, turned into an account review

Their 2025 sales roles each drew only:

Root cause: strict filters of 3 to 5 years' experience plus a degree on niche roles, and they never used paid promotion to reach more people. All 31 jobs are now closed.
Glimmer 8:18 PM
Draft reply to the client"Thank you for the feedback. Your recent sales roles received 7 to 20 applicants each, with many below the 3 to 5 year IT-sales experience bar. To lift quality we'd recommend Hot Job promotion, CV Finder for niche roles, and easing screening to widen the qualified pool…"

Is the new app release stable? Answered in two minutes

Weisheng Yip asked about freeze reports after an app update. Glimmer read 48 hours of in-app feedback and confirmed the freeze had not come back.

Weisheng Yip 4:37 PM
@Glimmer check the last 48 hours of user feedback on the new 1.109.1 release. Any freeze or hang reports? We'd had some on 1.109.0 on Infinix phones.
Glimmer 4:39 PM
Zero freeze or hang reports on 1.109.1. I pulled every bug report in the window. There are 5 in total, all about other things (applying for jobs and editing profiles):
PhoneReportFreeze?
OPPO CPH2269Phone-number changeNo
realme RMX2151Can't update CVNo
Xiaomi 23124RA7EOApply needs 3 tapsNo
The only lag complaints are on the older 1.108.4, including one Infinix. The 1.109.0 freeze issue did not carry into 1.109.1.
Release looks clean

Policy answers with the source shown

Tiara Sevrilia Putri in HR checked a leave rule for our Taiwan staff. Glimmer cited the law and our own HR wiki.

Tiara Sevrilia Putri 2:59 PM
@Glimmer for our Taiwan-based employees, how is unused statutory annual leave treated? Is it carried forward to the next year, then paid out if still unused by year-end or on termination?
Glimmer 3:01 PM
Correct, with one condition. Under the Taiwan Labor Standards Act, Article 38, unused statutory annual leave may be carried to the following year only if the employer and worker agree. If it's still unused by the end of that year, or on termination, it must be paid out.
Taiwan Labor Standards Act, Art. 38 (law.moj.gov.tw)Glints HR wiki, leave-request policy
Glimmer 3:01 PM
One caveat: I couldn't confirm from our wiki that the Glints Taiwan contract spells out carry-forward. Worth checking the local HR policy. This is general guidance, so check with Legal for specific cases.

When it is not sure

It says what it could not check

Glimmer answered from the law and from our own wiki, and showed both sources. Then it told Tiara the one thing it could not confirm, and who to ask.

How we rolled it out

Six months, in two steps

Others teach AI transformation. We are the living proof. First everyone got one shared tool to ask questions, then each team moved to a full AI teammate in its own chat.

MONTHS 1 TO 3

Everyone on one shared tool

Every department started asking a shared AI tool its questions, in the chat it already used.

MONTHS 4 TO 6

An AI teammate became normal

Teams moved to the full setup: a Glimmer in their own chat that does the work as well as answering questions.

What we learned

Redesign the work around agents

This beats automating the old way of working. Each team changed who does which step, so the agent takes over whole steps. Our recruiters did this with candidate search, shown above.

Recognised for it

Alibaba Cloud AI Trailblazers award, 2026

In the category "Leveraging AI for Business Outcomes". We are also an official member of the Claude Partner Network.
