AI for healthcare clinics

An AI teammate for clinics that prepares the claims after the last patient leaves

Glimmer works in your team chat. It replies to the 9pm booking request and prepares the day's CHAS and Medisave claims. It also finds patients who stopped mid-package. Your team asks in plain words, and you choose what needs your OK before it goes out.

31

patient visits made ready for claims and Xero, six minutes after the ask.

12 CHAS visits, 3 Medisave claims and 16 private visits, for your review.

Three jobs it takes off your team

Where the hours go in a clinic

The waiting room is full by day. Booking requests arrive at night, and the claims start after the last patient leaves.

Customer support

The 9pm booking requests, answered by 9:01

Booking requests land on the clinic WhatsApp long after the front desk goes home. By the time someone replies at 9am, the patient has booked the clinic down the road.

Overnight enquiries, triaged before the doors open. The clinic manager checks in at 7:52, the slots are already held.

@Glimmer morning, anything on the clinic WhatsApp overnight? We lost two new patients last week because nobody replied until opening ๐Ÿ˜…

GlimmerBotTue, 7:53 AM

6 messages since close at 8:30 PM, 4 booking requests, 1 reschedule, 1 for the doctor. I replied with available slots and pencilled holds in the calendar; nothing is confirmed until the desk confirms. Patients listed by initials here, per our PDPA practice:

The MC question needs Dr Chia, I only acknowledged it and said the clinic will revert this morning. The screening enquiry also asked about prices; I sent the standard package list from the shared drive, nothing beyond that.

Confirming all three now. Two saved bookings before the doors even opened ๐Ÿ™

CHAS and Medisave claim prep after the last patient

Prepping the day's CHAS and Medisave claims, then keying everything into Xero, happens at 9pm after a full clinic day, and a tired mistake means a rejected claim weeks later.

The 9pm paperwork, drafted by 9:08. The agent preps the day's claims and Xero entries; the clinic manager reviews and approves.

@Glimmer just locked up. Can you prep today's CHAS and Medisave claims and the Xero entries? I really don't want another 11pm night.

GlimmerBotThu, 9:08 PM

Prepped. 31 patients today: 12 CHAS visits, 3 CDMP (Medisave) claims, 16 private. Claim entries are pre-filled from the day list and receipts, nothing gets submitted until you approve.

Ready for your review
12 CHAS claim entries (S$228 total subsidy), 3 CDMP submissions, and 31 matching Xero sales entries, approve in the morning, or now if you're still up.

One flag: I couldn't confirm Mdm T.H.'s CHAS tier, the card copy on file expired in May and I can't verify the current one. I've held her claim out of the batch until the desk re-checks her card.

Approving the rest now, will chase the card tomorrow. Home before 9:30 for once ๐ŸŽ‰

Package balances and lapsed patients, chased weekly

Treatment-course balances live in a Google Sheet nobody reopens. Patients drift off mid-package, and recall reminders only go out when someone remembers.

Nobody falls through the cracks. The TCM clinic owner asks once a week; the agent reads the package sheet and drafts the nudges.

@Glimmer weekly check, who's gone quiet mid-package? Pretty sure we have paid sessions just sitting in the sheet.

GlimmerBotSat, 3:16 PM

Cross-checked the package sheet against the booking calendar: 7 patients have paid sessions left and no visit in 3+ weeks, about S$1,340 of prepaid treatment sitting idle. Biggest balances: C.L. (6 of 10 sessions left), M.R. (4 of 8), D.N. (3 of 10).

WhatsApp nudge, for your OK
Hi XXXXXX, this is Everspring TCM ๐Ÿ˜Š You still have 6 sessions on your package, the physician has Tue and Thu evening slots open next week. Reply 1 and we'll book you in.

I'll personalise each of the 7 from the sheet before sending, nothing goes out until you say so.

Send them Monday morning, not on a Saturday. And good catch on C.L., I thought she'd finished her course.

It works with what your clinic already runs

Singapore grants

The government pays part. You pay the rest

A first AI build for one job is the kind of project Singapore's AI grants were made for. GenAI x Digital Leaders from IMDA covers a focused first build of up to S$20,000. We help you apply.

How we start

One team, one job, about 3 months

We pick the job that costs you the most hours, build the first agent with you and hand it over. Your team runs it after that.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers, before you book a call

Do we have to change our clinic system?

No. Glimmer works on top of what you already run: the booking calendar, Xero and your sheets. Nobody has to learn a new app. We confirm the fit for your systems before we start.

Patients message us on WhatsApp after hours. Can Glimmer reply?

Yes. Glimmer reads the clinic WhatsApp, offers open slots and holds them in the calendar. The desk confirms each booking. Your team talks to it in Lark, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Will it give medical advice to patients?

No. We set it up so that questions about symptoms, medicine or an MC go to your doctors. In the chats on this page, Glimmer handles bookings and sends the standard package list. For anything else, it tells the patient the clinic will reply.

What about patient data?

Your data stays yours. Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. The only thing that leaves is what the AI model needs to answer a question, sent on your own account.

Under Singapore's PDPA, your clinic is responsible for patient data. So we write down exactly where the data goes before we start, and your data protection officer can check it.

What does it cost, and can a grant pay part?

We price it after a call about your work, because the cost depends on the size of the build. Most first builds qualify for a Singapore grant. The government pays part, you pay the rest, and we help you apply. See which grant fits.

Can I try it before we commit to a build?

Yes. Our leadership workshop puts an AI agent in your hands for an afternoon, with no coding. Seats start from S$779.
