Your first focused AI build — for example, an assistant that answers questions from your company's documents, or automates a paperwork-heavy process. Done in about 3 months with an IMDA-approved tech vendor. Bigger tracks exist for projects up to S$100k and beyond.
Do you qualify?
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- At least 30% owned by Singaporeans or PRs
- Your business isn't an IT company, and you have some tech-comfortable staff
- A common use case — document Q&A, customer service, ops automation
You pay only your share. The vendor bills you your portion; IMDA pays the vendor the rest directly. How much the government covers is decided project by project.

Bigger, custom builds that give your business a new capability — automation, process redesign, systems you can't buy off the shelf.
Do you qualify?

- Financially healthy enough to finish the project
Pay first, claim back. You pay the full cost, then claim 50% back after the project is done and audited. Approval takes about 8–12 weeks.

You pay only ~30%. Your share goes to the consultant; the government pays the consultant its share directly. You never front the full cost.
