Singapore grants can support part of the cost of an AI project. A first project with us runs about 3 months and costs under S$20,000. Which grant fits depends on what you build and who owns your company.

Start here, for a first project
IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority)
Your first focused AI build. For example, an assistant that answers questions from your company's documents, or one that clears a paperwork-heavy process. IMDA helps you scope the project and matches you with a partner vendor.
Ask us for the current amount. IMDA does not publish the support level on its page. We confirm it with you on the call, before you commit.
Ready-made tools and bigger builds
Enterprise Singapore. PSG and EDG are now merged under it
Ready-made AI tools from the pre-approved list, such as an AI chatbot. Also bigger builds that join up your systems with AI. Read our EDGE grant guide.
Pay first, claim back. You pay the full cost, then make one claim after the project. Large projects also need an audit.

For changing how people work
SkillsFuture Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), formerly Workforce Singapore
Projects that change how your people work, such as redesigning jobs around AI or adding HR tools that use AI. A pre-approved consultant leads the project. See how we run it.
An SME pays about 30%. You pay your share to the consultant, and the government pays its share to the consultant directly. You never pay the full cost upfront.
Highest support level
NTUC Company Training Committee Grant, run by e2i
Any AI project where the people it touches end up better off. Consultancy, equipment and software are eligible costs, as well as training. Read our NTUC CTC Grant guide.
You pay first, then claim back once the worker outcomes are met. A project runs for up to one year. Setting up the training committee takes time, so start that part early.

Check the timing
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) are now merged under EDGE. Enterprise Singapore stopped taking applications for them on 29 September 2026, and EDGE opened on 30 September. PSG schemes run by other agencies for their own industries move to EDGE in phases from November 2026. Applications sent before 30 September are still assessed under the old rules.

EDGE supports up to 50% of eligible costs for an SME on a tool from the pre-approved list. An AI chatbot for your customers is eligible for up to S$7,500 of support. More details

The NTUC CTC Grant supports up to 70%, consultancy included, when every affected worker gets a pay rise, a career plan or a skills allowance. WDG JR+ supports 70% for SMEs, up to S$150,000, through a pre-approved consultant. The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit offsets 90% of what you pay out of pocket on Skills Framework courses, with final claims due by 30 November 2026. This is a tax deduction, not a grant. It gives a 400% deduction on up to S$50,000 of AI spending a year, for the Years of Assessment (YA) 2027 and 2028. The AI part has no cash payout, and the deduction applies only to the share you pay yourself, after any grant. Ask your accountant how it fits your tax year. More details

Each company can get up to S$100,000 a year. The year runs from 1 April to 31 March. More details
It can be eligible when the agent connects your systems and changes how core work runs. EDGE's Large-scale Digital Transformation support covers up to 50% for an SME. One agent doing one task is not eligible.

Only for the training around it. Enterprise Singapore says EDGE cannot be supported under SFEC, so the credit never offsets the build itself.
Final claims on the current S$10,000 credit are due by 30 November 2026. A fresh S$10,000 arrives on 1 December 2026, for training and other workforce programmes.
