Do we have to change our portals or how we keep our files?

No. Glimmer works on top of what you already run: PropertyGuru, 99.co, your shared drive and your WhatsApp threads. Nobody has to learn a new app. We confirm the fit for your systems before we start.

Our deals happen in WhatsApp threads. Can Glimmer work there?

Yes. Glimmer joins the chat app your team already uses: Lark, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram. If you do not have a shared chat app yet, we help you pick one before we start.

Will it reply to enquirers or send a renewal offer on its own?

Only if you let it. You choose which actions need a person's OK, such as a reply to an enquirer, a renewal offer to a landlord or a stamp duty payment. Glimmer asks the person who made the request, in the same chat. Nothing happens until someone taps Approve.

Our tenancy files hold tenants' details. What about our data?

Your data stays yours. Glimmer runs in your own cloud account, or on a private server we set up for you. Each team's Glimmer sees only what you allow. If a person is not in that team's chat group, they cannot ask it anything.

We write down exactly where your data goes before we start, and what we build for you belongs to you.

What does it cost, and can a grant pay part?
