AI Transformation

Lead your AI transformation. Get hands-on.

Learn AI from an operator who runs it, not a consultant making slides.

A real agent we run, prepping our weekly business review.
Why now

You're supposed to have an answer on AI.
Privately, you don't.

You've sat through the decks, nodded at the demos, and told yourself you'll properly get into it once things calm down. But every week a peer posts what their team is now doing with AI agents, and the quiet question gets louder: am I already behind? Here's what no deck tells you: this is a people-and-operating-model shift before it's a technical one. It's yours to lead, not IT's. And you can't lead from the passenger seat.

See it work

You've used ChatGPT or Copilot. That's Level Zero.
AI agents are what comes next.

Second brain

Everything you read, write, and decide — captured and searchable. Ask it anything, get your own context back.

Executive assistant

Inbox triaged, replies drafted, meetings booked and prepped, follow-ups chased — without you steering each step.

Market scanner

Competitors, news, and signals watched around the clock. A briefing on what moved, before Monday.

Research analyst

A question in, a sourced memo out. The three-hour deep dive done while you do something else.

Data analyst

Your metrics in plain English. Ask "why did signups dip?" and get the cut, the chart, and the likely cause.

Meeting chief-of-staff

Joins your calls, captures decisions and owners, files the notes, and chases the actions after.

Why Glints

Others teach AI transformation.
We're the living proof.

This isn't theory for us. A large part of how Glints runs day-to-day happens on a suite of AI agents we built ourselves. Solving real workflow problems across the company, not a tool we installed but part of how the work gets done.

The biggest lesson wasn't technical. Automating what you already do just makes the old way cheaper — the real gains came when we redesigned how our teams work around agents, instead of bolting them onto old processes. That operating-model shift is the part most miss, and it's our home turf: talent and how work gets done is exactly Glints' field.

And it doesn't stop at analysis — it puts building in the hands of the people closest to the work, not just engineers. Below, a business leader describes a tool he needs in plain English:

@Glimmer — for the Superpowered recruitment platform: when we find a good candidate today, the only option also recommends them to the client straight away. I'd like a way to just add them to a job's shortlist first — marked as sourced — without recommending them yet.

ZP
Zheng Peng LimMay 19, 1:35 PM

Same as what we do today, just stopping one step earlier. cc: @Francis Goh help pls 🙏

GlimmerBotGlints AI agentMay 19, 1:38 PM

Done. Candidates can now be added to a job's shortlist as sourced without being recommended to the client. If someone's already on the shortlist it leaves them as-is, and it works the same way as the rest of the platform.

@Glimmer analyse the cohort of ID candidates who signed up but never applied — root causes, behaviour patterns, and product fixes. Run the full funnel breakdown.

Analysed 281,779 signups. 54.4% never applied — despite clear intent (83% set job preferences, 100% "actively looking"). The drop-off is one step:

Who it's for

Leaders accountable for their company's AI transformation who haven't gone hands-on.

Managers, Directors, and people leaders under pressure to drive AI who haven't had the time to get genuinely hands-on. A curated, application-only cross-company cohort of 8 to 12 leaders, in person in Singapore.

Part 1 · Build the foundation

A hands-on cohort where you go from watching to doing.

Four hours in a curated, cross-company room of leaders. You leave with three things no tutorial can give you:

First-hand command of an AI agent

You drive an agent on your own tasks and lead from direct experience. Not theory, not a demo you watched.

The instinct to direct an agent well

Most people expect AI to just perform. The leaders who get value treat an agent like a new hire. You'll learn to onboard it with the right context, so you can tell good output from bad.

A clearer read on where agents help you

You leave with a sharper sense of where agents could pay off in your own work and your team's workflows — a starting point, not a vague "AI matters."

How the four hours run
01

Watch one work

Open on a live agent. It reads your calendar, catches conflicts across months, books the meeting — because it has your context. Then you build your own.

02

The mental model

Context is everything. AI knows nothing about your world until you hand it the context — get that right and it's transformative. Then the leap that matters: an agent doesn't just answer, it does the work.

03

Take the controls

The hands-on heart of the day — in the Claude app. First you put an AI agent to work on your own mail and calendar. Then you build working software — with no code — just by describing it. Give it the right context, watch it act — you approve.

04

Bring it into the org

What you built runs on your laptop, so it stops when you close the lid. On company infrastructure the same agent runs always-on, scheduled, and shared with your team. We cover where your data goes, plainly, along the way.

05

Take it home

Leave with a private opportunity worksheet — your ranked shortlist of where agents pay off in your org.

Included with your seat

A 1-month Claude Max subscription

We set every leader up with a month of Claude Max — the same top-tier plan we run on. The momentum doesn't stop when the room empties: you keep working on real tasks, not a trial that locks you out a week later.

You walk out with first-hand command of an AI agent — the judgment to direct it well and the confidence to lead your org's transformation, not delegate it.

By the end of the afternoon, you'll have put an AI agent to work on a real task of your own — or the day's on us.

When you're ready to put it into production, Part 2 is the clear next step — no pressure.

Part 2 · We build the first one

Then we come in, build your company's first agent, and train your team.

Part 1 changes what you can do; Part 2 changes what your company can do. We take the opportunities you spotted in the cohort and turn one into a working agent on a real workflow — built by the same operators who run Glints' own agents, deployed on your infrastructure, the output yours to keep, your team trained to run it, and we operate it day to day.

01

Map

We learn how your business actually runs, then propose what to deploy, not the other way round.

02

Build

A custom agent built around your workflow. Not a generic chatbot — a system that does your specific work.

03

Deploy

On your systems, or private infrastructure we set up. Your data stays where you want it.

04

Operate

We run and monitor it day-to-day and iterate as it learns. You get the hours back.

Every rung is priced up front — you always have a concrete next step, never a vague "let's talk."

Who's leading it
Yong Jie Wong

Yong Jie Wong (YJ)

I'm YJ. I co-founded Glints and spent the last decade building it — from the first lines of code to scaling the platform to 10M+ users, first as Chief Software Architect, then Head of Product.

Like every team, we've had to do more with less. AI turned out to be the unlock — it let our people punch far above their weight and took the grind out of the work, instead of letting it burn them out.

Here's the honest part: the potential was obvious to me early, but I watched too many sharp people try AI once, have a clunky first experience, and quietly write it off. That's the real waste — set it up right and it genuinely makes you superhuman. This cohort is me making sure your first real experience is the good one, and passing on what I wish everyone had. It should lift all of us, no one left behind.

How it works

Applying takes five minutes. Seats from S$899 — no hoops, no hard sell.

Applying is the low-commitment first step, not a checkout — you tell us a little about your role and what you're after, we review it for fit, and confirm your seat.

Three steps to a seat
01

Apply

A short form for a cohort seat: five minutes, no prep. It's an application, not a payment.

02

We review

We read every application to keep the room small and well-matched — usually within a few hours.

03

Confirm your seat

We confirm your spot and send a payment link. Prefer to talk it through first? We'll set up a quick call, but it's not required.

This is a leadership-cohort engagement, not a commodity seminar — priced for a curated room of directors.

Two ways in: Apply for a seat for the cohort, or — if you already know you want a build — talk to us directly.

Questions leaders ask

The honest answers, before you apply.

Do I need to be technical?

No. It's built for leaders, not engineers. You direct the agent in plain language — the point is the judgment to command an agent well, not writing code.

I'm not in a leadership role — is it still for me?

The open cohort is built for leaders and decision-makers setting their company's AI direction, so the room stays peer-level and you leave with an org-level read on where agents pay off. If you're keen to get hands-on as an individual contributor, the best route is a private session for your team — point your leader our way.

How much time does it take?

One afternoon — a half-day cohort, 13:30–17:30. You leave the same day having put an agent to work on a real task of your own.

Where is it, and when's the next cohort?

In person in Singapore — we share the exact venue once your seat is confirmed. We run a cohort every Friday afternoon; apply and we'll confirm your date.

What about our data and confidentiality?

You work on your own task in your own Claude environment — nothing you bring into the room is shared. Bring a real task you're comfortable working on in a small peer group.

What's included in the seat?

The half-day cohort, hands-on time putting an agent to work on your own task, a one-month Claude Max subscription to keep going, and a private opportunity worksheet to take back to your team. Seats from S$899.

Can I use SkillsFuture or claim a subsidy?

No — it's deliberately not a SkillsFuture-accredited course. Accreditation pushes a programme toward standardised, commodity content; we've kept this a small, hands-on leadership cohort instead. It's privately paid, and typically expensed as professional development.

I already know I want an agent built — do I have to do the cohort first?

No. The cohort is for leaders who want to learn to direct agents hands-on first. If you already know you want one built, talk to us directly and we'll scope it with you.

Can we run this privately, just for our company?

Yes. If you'd rather bring your own leadership team or staff into a closed session, we'll tailor the day to your business and run it just for you. Talk to us to scope it.

Why is it application-only?

This is a new programme and we're keeping the early cohorts deliberately small to get it right — so we read every application and hold each room to a tight group. Applying commits you to nothing; if this cohort isn't the right time, we'll point you to the next one.
